Once a film and pre-med student, I am currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in economics and business. I enjoy an analytical and mathematical approach to things and hope to further these abilities in my professional life. So where do sketching, drawing, and painting come into the picture? As Edward Hopper said, "If I could say [anything] in words there would be no reason to paint."
I draw whatever I feel like. There's always a reason behind each sketch, but without that drive or emotion, there is no incentive for me to create anything. Art has transformed from being something technical and a timepass to a passion and form of expression. My work currently harbors within the realm of fantasy based off of literature, television, and film.
Pencils and paints aside, I'm a pianist, singer, and dancer. I was a competitve pianist for 14 years & I'm on a singing team and a dance team. I love foreign cultures, namely Japan & I speak English, French, Hindi, Japanese and a little Swedish. I'm a jack of all trades trying to master at least one!
